Terms of Service

Short version: use the site honestly, don't scrape or misrepresent it, reviews must be your own true experience, and Safety Reports are for your family's use.

The service

Will It Care provides informational analysis of public CMS data about nursing facilities, free facility pages, optional accounts (shortlists, alerts, reviews), and paid Safety Report PDFs. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion is permanent.

Reviews

By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your own genuine experience, contains no resident names or identifying medical details, and grant us a perpetual license to display it. We moderate before publication and may reject or remove any review. We honor good-faith takedown requests at notify@willitcare.com.

Safety Reports

Report purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Reports are generated from the then-current quarterly data and delivered as a PDF download link. Because they're delivered instantly, refunds are discretionary — but if a report failed to deliver or misstates the source data, write to notify@willitcare.com and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, no republishing our scores as your own, no using the site to harass facilities or individuals, no automated account creation.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
