Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum needed to run the service, sell no personal data, and use privacy-first analytics.
What we collect
- Account: email, display name, password hash (or OAuth identity), your shortlist, alert settings, and reviews.
- Report purchases: the facility, your email (from Stripe checkout), and payment status. Card details never touch our servers — Stripe processes payment.
- Legal-help intake: only what you type into the form, with your explicit consent recorded; see below.
- Operational: standard server logs and Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no ad networks).
How we use it
To deliver verdict pages, send the emails you asked for (sign-in links, report delivery, deficiency alerts — every alert email has one-click unsubscribe), moderate reviews, and prevent abuse (rate limiting, Turnstile). We never sell personal data and never share it except: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and — only if you explicitly submit the legal-help form — the attorney network you asked us to connect you with.
Legal-help intake
The legal-help form is the most sensitive thing we hold. It's stored encrypted at rest, access-restricted, shared only with the vetted partner you consented to, and deleted after routing is resolved or 12 months, whichever comes first. You can request deletion earlier at any time.
Your rights
Delete your account (and all its data) from the account page anytime. For data export or any privacy request: notify@willitcare.com. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
